Joint offer from VRM and KD

A Köln-Düsseldorfer (KD) cruise on the Rhine, Moselle or Main is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t forget. With the boat gently rocking, you take in the view – finding yourself with a completely new perspective on the landscape. And you can even enjoy a tasty snack or refreshing drink while you’re at it. For generations, it’s been a hugely popular way to relax.

This year too, the cooperation between KD and the Rhine-Moselle Transport Association (VRM) ensures that the fun is even greater.

The KD grants all VRM customers a 20% discount on the regular fare for KD round trips and scheduled services on the Rhine, Main and Moselle upon presentation of VRM tickets or a valid VRM MobilCard.

Excluded are trips that include catering and event trips. Children aged 4 to 13 years pay the regular reduced KD children's fare (€9.00). In principle, only a reduction or a saver fare is applicable.

So it makes perfect sense to take advantage of the bus and train services on your way to the cruise - and enjoy your 20% discount when you get there. Or why not take a cruise in one direction, and then travel back by train – allowing you to recall the day’s highlights from the riverbank?
